My main area of practice in commercial law includes:
Corporate – company law, start ups, Commercial register and trade licensing procedures, general meetings, increases and reductions of share capital, appointing and recalling of company bodies, transfers of ownership interests, control agreements, merger and acquisitions, division and winding up, joint ventures, corporate restructuring, investments. The main part of our Clients constitute private individuals – Limited Liability Companies and Joint Stock Companies, but we have experience as well with General Commercial Partnerships, Co-operatives and State Enterprises.

I can provide our Clients with comprehensive legal advice in the area of competition law, especially in respect of assuring that all relevant regulatory prerequisites are met for all purposes of business concentration on the Slovak market and on assessing impacts of international concentrations on the local market. I advise on concluding agreements between competitors that might result in restrictions or distortion of economic competition. In this respect, we can provide our Clients with professional representation in their negotiations with the Antimonopoly Office of Slovak republic.
- Administrative law
Considering the actual changes in public administration in Slovak republic, I provide local and regional self-government with competent help and advice in the area of administrative law, mainly in connection with new competencies of local and regional self-government gained through public administration reform in Slovakia.

- Civil law
